The FTMTA Farm Machinery Show 2015 drew to a close on Saturday, February 7th, after a very successful three days at the Punchestown site.
A record attendance of 18,750 people visited the Show with a huge crowd of some 7,500 on the Saturday. Thank you to everyone who visited our stand and we look forward to seeing you again next time.
Falken-sponsored Driver Justin Pawlak finishes in 5 th place
LONG BEACH, CA – Falken Tire, a two-time manufacturer's champion in Formula Drift, had a strong field of drivers at last weekend's Formula Drift season debut on the street of Long Beach, and of the seven tire manufacturers competing, had seven entries – the second highest number of vehicles – qualify for the Top 32.
Japanese tyre manufacturer, Falken Tyre Europe is continuing its motorsport campaign with the proven Porsche 911 GT3 R racing the Nordschleife once again in 2015. Peter Dumbreck, Wolf Henzler, Alexandre Imperatori and Martin Ragginger will again contend selected races of the VLN Championship along with the legendary ADAC 24 hour race.
Falken Motorsport's history with the Nürburgring dates back to the 1990s, with drivers such as Dumbreck who has already completed eight Nürburging 24 hour races with the team; this rich history is set to continue for 2015. The ADAC 24 hour race remains a highlight of the season, where last year the team took fourth place, its highest finish, with the car covering an astonishing 3,985km without any issue.

Mitas has added two new sizes to its CR-01 crane tyres
The all-new Mitas 385/95R25 CR-01 170F TL and 525/80R25 CR-01 176F TL are tyres designed for speeds of up to 80 km/h (for 385/95R25) and 90 km/h (for 525/80R25).
The maximum operational load capacity of the Mitas 525/80R25 CR-01 is 17,750 kg and 7,100 kg at speed 80 km/h under 7 bar.
To date, Mitas produces three sizes of CR-01 crane tyres and delivers them to major manufacturers such as Liebherr and Manitowoc.
